When Nothing Feels “Right” Anymore - Even the Snacks You Love

The other day, I opened the fridge…
And nothing looked good.
Not even the snacks I usually love.

That’s when it hit me:
I was in the same cycle with my business.
Everything I’d built looked like it should be working.
Everything on paper was “successful.”
But somehow, it didn’t feel right anymore.
I realized I’d been operating from a place of should -
What I should be teaching.
How I should be showing up.
What I should be doing to “grow.”
And just like that fridge moment…
Nothing was feeding me anymore.
It was disorienting at first.
Sales slowed.
I felt disconnected.
But underneath the discomfort, something bigger was unfolding.
I was outgrowing hustle.
Outgrowing the noise.
Outgrowing the need to force it.
And I was starting to trust that the aligned way—the real me way—was where my next level lived.
If you’re feeling maxed out right now…
If your to-do list is full but your heart is quiet…
If you're secretly wondering if you're missing something—
but also know you’re meant for more—
Here’s what I want you to know:
You already know.
You know what’s right.
You know how you want to serve.
You’re not doing it wrong.
You’re just doing too much that isn’t really you.
And that?
That gets to change.
Go back to what lights you up.
Start there.
Everything good grows from that place.
Rooting for you always
