I Forgot How Fun This Is

I recorded a podcast recently…


And it was so fun.


Like—oh yeah…


This is my thing.


Training. Teaching. Breaking things down simply.


And it reminded me of something important:


Most people are trying to fix sales…


Before their marketing is even working.


They’re:


Tweaking their offers

Stressing about pricing

Trying to “close better”


But the real issue?


Not enough of the right people are coming in.


Because sales isn’t the first problem.


Visibility is.


If you’re not consistently attracting the right audience…


You’re always going to feel like you’re chasing results.


So here’s the simple path:


Get visible (start with organic)

Pay attention to what actually works

Then amplify with ads


That’s it.


But most people skip steps.


They try to scale before they validate.


They try to amplify before they clarify.


And that’s where things break.


Because you don’t scale chaos.


You scale what’s proven.


So if things feel harder than they should be…


Don’t look at your sales process first.


Look at what’s feeding it.


Because when the right people are coming in?


Everything else gets easier.
