How I Stay Visible Without Burning Out (Even When I’m Not Feeling “Ready”)

First things first… Sunday was my birthday and I had SO much fun. I spent the day with friends, felt totally adored by my husband, and soaked in so much love and laughter. Truly grateful. 💛

Now - onto the biznas.

One question I get asked all the time is:

"How do you stay visible so consistently without burning out?"

Here’s the honest answer:

I pick a day - usually Monday.

I block out two hours.

And I create.

Not because I feel 100% ready.

Not because everything is perfectly planned out.

But because I know this:

If I want people to find me, trust me, and hire me - they need to see me.

Visibility isn’t about doing all the things or having some big, polished content machine. It’s about having a rhythm that works for you.

Take this blog post, for example.

It started as a voice note while I was out walking.

That’s my current groove.

Here’s my super simple system:

I choose 4 topics I’m genuinely excited to talk about

I ask ChatGPT to generate questions around those topics

I record voice notes or quick videos answering them

That content fuels everything:

✔️ My social posts

✔️ My emails

✔️ My free community shares

✔️ Even my offers

It doesn’t have to be hard.

You don’t need a fancy camera setup.

You just need you.

You’re the expert.

You could probably riff on your topic at 3am with a sleep mask on.

So stop waiting for it to be perfect. Just start.

Here’s a little ritual I use before filming or writing:

Deep breath

Shoulders back

Remember who TF I am

(And sometimes, I channel my alter ego… yup - Sasha Fierce style)

I step into the version of me who’s not second-guessing.

She’s serving. She’s grounded. She’s present.

You’ve helped so many people.

You’ve made bold moves.

You’re allowed to be seen.

Let it be simple.

Let it be consistent.

Let it be you.
