I honestly have a ❤️ love-hate relationship with social media.
I think it can be very beneficial in reaching your target audience, meeting some interesting people, collaborating and building partnerships, and gaining new leads through paid advertising. 🙌 AND sometimes, I would love to never open the apps again.
It can be draining, create comparison, and honestly suck precious time out of my day. 👎 So I make a point of taking breaks, I only follow uplifting people that eh-hem spark joy... are we sick of this phrase yet?
