I don’t know about you but I can never get enough of what peoples’ morning and evening routines are! I’m always curious about what people do to be successful or set themselves up for success.
I had a few of you ask me about my morning routine and evening routine, so here we are!

No, I am not a part of the 5 AM club. It is not my preferred hour of waking, but I do get up at 6. I really love that quiet chill, energy of the morning.

Willpower isn’t always going to be enough, routine - sure, but we tend to fall out of routine, if you give yourself something to look forward to getting out of bed in the morning, you’re more likely to do it. And for me and I know a lot of other people - it’s coffee!
I have a super simple evening routine. I like to do a little meditation before sleeping. When I’m habitually doing this, I notice an elevation of mood, productivity, happiness levels, all the things!
So remember - keep it simple, adapt it to you. Even if it’s 5 minutes reading, 5 minutes of journaling, and 5 minutes of meditating in the morning, do whatever works for you!
Also, be in gratitude as much as possible, it really helps if I’m in gratitude before I got to sleep!
DM me! I want to know what you’re morning and evening routines are, too!
