Terms & Conditions: Brand on Fire Course

REFUND POLICY:

 

If, within the first 14 days, you’ve given it a fair shot and decide the program isn’t a fit for you, email my team the work you’ve completed and we’ll refund you for the remainder of the class. An email from you with screenshots of your complete work must be emailed to hello@designkrew.com within 14 days of the start of the course for your refund to be considered. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased, please contact our Customer Service Department at support@designkrew.com. Purchase of the product does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in anyway. 

 

By paying with debit card or credit card, you give the Company permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card as payment for your Program, Product or Service without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt.  
 

PAYMENT POLICY:
 

All information obtained during your purchase or transaction for the Company’s Programs, Products and Services and all of the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information, may be collected by both the Company and our payment processing company.  
 

You agree to only purchase goods or services for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so or for whom you have obtained the express consent to provide their name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information.  

You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf. You agree to use the Company’s Programs, Products, Services, and Program Materials for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from http://www.designkrew.com (the “Site”).

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

 

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

 

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

 

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

 

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

 

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18

 

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

GOVERNING LAW:

This Agreement has been executed and delivered in the State of California, and the laws of such state shall govern its validity, interpretation, performance, and enforcement. 

 

SEVERABILITY:
 

If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
