Tech Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Jessica here, CEO and founder of designkrew, Inc. 


I am looking for an all-star implementor that is positive, detail-oriented, ready to get into action, and delivers with excellence. 


In this role, you are the tech wizard making sure all things are being implemented. From email scheduling and automations, to website updates, to shopping cart connections, and more! 

High-five. You will execute the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

This position is an independent contractor position and remote. It is for the passionate and driven person who truly believes in our mission and vision to empower clients and help them transform their brands via our various products and programs.

We are very passionate about what we do! We empower feminine entrepreneurs to build wildly successful brands through positivity, growth, play, mindset, brand coaching, marketing strategy, consulting programs, and community.

This isn't for the dabbler. I am looking for someone that is committed and ready for great things.

  • A genuine desire to make the designKREW, Inc. team ridiculously successful.

  • Strong problem solving and/or critical thinking skills.

  • STRONG attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not mandatory!)

  • At least 2 years experience working on a remote team and executing launches for an ONLINE business. 

  • Fluency working in Google Drive, Dropbox, WIX, SamCart, Asana, Active Campaign, Canva, Constant Contact, LastPass,, Zoom, Calendly, ClickFunnels

  • In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer

  • High-Speed internet access

  • Smartphone with email capabilities

  • No competing interests in starting or growing their own coaching business and/or launching their own online courses. 

  • Profound time management skills, prioritization of tasks, and the ability to follow through without getting overwhelmed.

  • A great attitude and ability to be willing to do what it takes to get the job done and is able to anticipate situations before they arise.

  • Flawless communication skills

  • Availability during regular business hours in Pacific Standard Time Zone, Monday through Friday, and occasionally on the weekend/after-hours when needed (usually only during launches).

  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest

  • A super positive attitude, fun personality, and values health, wellness, play, beauty, commitment to excellence, growth, and enthusiasm.

  • Able to execute technical needs to fulfill client and company projects. 

  • Managing tracking, metrics and reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning.

  • Executing launch plans including setting up campaigns and other tools in various marketing tools as necessary.

  • Playing a significant role in long-term implementation, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence and team culture growth.

  • Coordinating, drafting, and queuing up all emails for the different groups 

  • Managing tech needs during all launches and projects and providing advice and recommendations for improving our systems and making funnels more efficient.

  • Attending all required team calls.
