DesignKREW is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Social Media ROCKSTAR to join our team!

We are very passionate about what we do! We empower feminine entrepreneurs to build wildly successful brands through positivity, growth, play, mindset, brand coaching, marketing strategy, consulting programs, and community.

DesignKREW is a fast-growing branding agency that serves successful lifestyle brands that are looking to expand their reach. 

The Social Media ROCKSTAR will report directly to our CEO, Jessica, and our Director of Marketing Operations. This role is perfect for a social media extraordinaire who knows and loves all things about Social!  This isn't for the dabbler. We are looking for someone who is committed and ready for great things. 

Following client brand guidelines, you will plan and post captivating content, answer questions and concerns within 24 hours, engage with followers, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic organically.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Take ownership of the social media vision 

  • Create organic social media strategy

  • Follow market trends, monitor stats, and track trends 

  • Come up with new ideas and a plan

  • Create a social media schedule and implement it 

  • Write all social media copy 

  • Ability to achieve and capture various client “voices” for their brands

  • Post regularly to social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook (Meta), Linkedin, Pinterest, and Twitter (X)

  • Create content for social media using Canva (e.g.: images, graphics, Stories, Reels, etc.) 

  • Great at writing copy that has hooks, valuable content, and strong CTAs

  • Keep all social media content organized 

  • Communicate with the team via Slack and Asana

  • Available to post and respond to team Slack messages M-F between 9 am and 5 pm PST

  • Problem-solve and look for solutions before asking the team questions 

  • Meet with the team weekly on Zoom on Mondays at 10:30 a.m. PST

Requirements:

  • A Social Media ROCKSTAR who has experience showing exemplary trustworthiness, problem-solving, and an enticing portfolio

  • Proven experience with growing Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and/or TikTok accounts

  • Fluent in English

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and clients for a creative agency

  • Really strong aesthetic vision and skills

  • Hours are flexible but a consistent schedule is needed and work hours will need to fall between M-F 9 am-5 pm PST

  • Project-based contractor position

  • Experience using Canva, Slack, Asana, and inShot

  • Include the word pineapple in one of the answers in the application

  • Worked remotely previously

  • Willing to undergo a paid trial task 

  • Willing to have an initial 3-month paid trial period

  • Tech-savvy, preferably with:

    • Planoly

    • Canva

    • Later

    • Asana

    • Zoom

    • Slack

    • Dropbox

    • Google Suite
