for Creative Agency

DesignKREW is a fast-growing branding agency that serves successful coaching and lifestyle brands that are looking to expand their reach. 


We are looking for an all-star implementor that is sunshine level positive, detail-oriented, ready to get into action, and delivers with excellence.


In short, our CEO is looking for her right-hand implementor to help support the team and our clients as we continue to grow. 


In this role, you will help build out and maintain systems so that our creatives can focus on their zone of genius. You will manage calendars, communication, and client projects so that we’re always putting our best foot forward and getting results


Part time, Remote​

  • Support our team in coordinating daily deliverables and receivables

  • Creating full project rollouts and timelines. 

  • Manage team and ensure timely completion of projects by tracking progress in the agency’s project management system (Asana) and checking in with team members daily

  • Facilitate weekly meetings with CEO and team members

  • Work closely with the CEO to provide project/team updates, evaluate the efficiency of current processes, and present ideas to promote business growth

  • Establish and implement systems to facilitate team processes and ensure an exceptional client experience

  • Serve as liaison between CEO, team members, clients, and outside parties

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients and team members

  • Complete tasks and projects (at any phase of the project cycle) as necessary to support the agency and meet deadlines

  • Adhere to agency processes, procedures, and best practices

  • Make sure profit margins are being maintained and scope creep is being kept to an absolute minimum.

  • You are a planner, systems creator, and master organizer of information and materials. (Nothing falls through the cracks)

  • You can take complex ideas and distill them into bite-sized chunks

  • Create a plan of attack based on what’s worked in the past, what’s working now, and what’s trending

  • Want and need closure on tasks and projects (you can’t stand when projects are left half-finished)

  • Only need the essential facts to get going on a project

  • A self-starter who does not need to be micromanaged to get the job done

  • Quick learner (Only have to be told things once)

  • Can work within the priorities of our clients and our quarterly and annual goals

  • Coordinate the needs of our CEO, our clients, and other team members

  • Clarify deadlines, reduce risk and hold output to a high standard

  • Paraphrase, rewrite and edit details well

  • Provide stability and ensure timelines are kept on schedule

  • Take all of the pieces of the puzzle and put them together to organize all of our processes

  • Able to keep multiple plates spinning without any of them falling (Able to work under pressure and deadlines because you have prioritized and made a plan of attack)

  • Creative agency project management experience is a plus. 

  • Tech-savvy, preferably with:

    • ActiveCampaign (or a similar CRM)

    • Canva 

    • Zoom

    • Slack

    • Google Suite

    • Asana

    • Dropbox

    • Dubsado


This is a remote position. Our team is all over the United States. A good, reliable internet connection is necessary, but you can do your work wherever. We do not have physical office space.


This role is a part-time, remote, contractor position. We will start out at approximately 15-20 hours a week, but anticipate that the role will grow beyond that in the near future. This is the perfect opportunity for a systems genius who is looking for steady work with a growing company. (Plus, we’re pretty cool people to be around!) 


Normal business hours are 9:30 am-5:30 pm Pacific, Monday-Friday.

Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand, but is VERY rare.
