Temporary Graphic & Website Designer for Creative Agency
(Remote)

Hi! I’m Jessica Krewson, the CEO of designKREW. We are a fast-growing branding and marketing agency that serves successful brands. We are expanding our reach into new industries and are looking for a temporary designer to serve our internal and client design needs. Some of our current clients are in the following industries: Healing and coaching, beauty, soul-based programs, high-end childcare, acting, and more!

 

I’m looking for someone who is eager to be an active part of our amazing team on a temporary basis and is both a big-picture creative thinker as well as capable of ironing out the small details. 

 

In short, I’m looking for a passionate designer that will help support us and our clients while our current designer is on maternity leave. You must be able to design for multiple different industries.

 

In this role, you will handle weekly tasks like focus check-ins, and client design work including but not limited to website graphics, and email graphics, as well as bringing large projects to life, like websites, sales pages, and branding. 


This role is temporary from Jan 3rd- March 31st, a part-time, remote, contractor position at 45 hours a month. This is the perfect opportunity for a designer who is looking for steady work with a growing company on a temporary basis. (Plus, I think we’re pretty cool!)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work with the Creative Director to plan out and implement design for client projects in multiple different industries.

  • Be able to adhere to client brand guidelines, style, voice, etc.

  • Bring creative ideas and designs to client projects

  • Potentially attend meetings with clients to understand their brand needs

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the success of all projects

  • Deliver quality work in a timely manner, and honor all deadlines

TYPES OF PROJECTS MIGHT INCLUDE:

  • Email designs

  • Designing and uploading emails to Klaviyo

  • Website Design & Website Maintenance in Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.

  • Sales Page Design

  • Landing Page Design

  • Editing client designs in Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator

  • Style Guide design

  • Design Presentations for client brands

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • You are a lover of all things design who not only has the creative chops but a deep knowledge of marketing strategies as well

  • You understand and have experience with online marketing and digital marketing strategy (program launch campaigns, sales pages, landing pages, etc)

  • You are a creative thinker who isn’t afraid to share ideas with the team 

  • You are able to take ownership of all projects you are responsible for, without needing to be micromanaged 

  • You are committed to your craft and are not just designing as a hobby 

  • You love working on a team, have a positive can-do attitude, and love to empower others

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This is a remote position. Our team is all over the United States. A good, reliable internet connection is necessary, but you can do your work wherever. We do not have physical office space.
